Guy Li Ltd. is a nationally active construction company. The Company specializes in residential construction but also builds and develops commercial properties and has built dozens of complex public structures and completed a variety of infrastructural projects.

Guy Li Ltd. was established in Ma’ale Shomron in 1985 as a contracting company for the construction and execution of public projects.

In 1990, the Company entered the field of development and residential construction. Among others, the Company built houses and apartments in Matityahu, Kfar Saba, Pardess Hanna, Dimona and Eilat. Concurrently, the Company also built schools and special buildings, such as the visitors’ center regarding the coal pier at the “Orot Rabin” power plant for the Electric Company, a large and unique high school in Mitzpeh Ramon and a high school Yeshiva in Karnei Shomron. The Company is currently in the process of building apartments and cottages in Eilat, a cottage neighborhood in Mitzpeh Ramon and a business and commercial center in Haifa.

A new field that the Company has entered in 2006, following the request of residents and others, is reinforcing structures against earthquakes while performing overall building renovations, adding elevators and even balconies or rooms to existing apartments. The Company works in such buildings in Ra’anana, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot and is currently negotiating with numerous interested parties from other major cities in the center.

Guy Li registered with the Registrar of Contractors of the Ministry of Housing and is not related to a specific category.

Guy Li Ltd.adheres to strict and innovative quality procedures, has been certified by the Standards Institution as applying the stringent ISO 9001:2000 building standard and was one of the first in the field to receive such certification.

The company has formulated a quality convention, which serves as a clear guideline for company employees and managers, and which is based on quality procedures, construction standards, the experience of the company and its staff, and the future objectives and vision defined by the Company.

Guy Li operates subsidiaries that are involved with the development and implementation of projects nationwide, and they are all registered with the Registrar of Contractors and committed to the strict ISO 9001:2000 standard.

The Company is managed by a team of professional managers, headed by Yaakov Eliahu, the General Manager. Its headquarters and logistic center are located in Ma'ale Shomron and we also operate marketing and site management offices in Eilat, Ra'anana and Haifa.
